Specials for January 16th

Soup: carrot, ginger, & coconut, finished with goat cheese.

Appetizer Special:

Sea salt flatbread with warm citrus & chili-marinated olives

Crispy Humboldt squid on a bed of arugula with lemon caper aioli

Woodfire Festive Salad: organic greens, wild arugula, grape tomatoes, sweet pickled red onions, candied pecans, & goat cheese with a berry vinaigrette.

Pizza Special: tomato sauce, mozzarella, spicy beef, sun-dried, roasted garlic, jalapenos, & smoked cheddar.

Entree Special: Braised beef lasagne on a bed of fresh tomato sauce and garlic toast.

Dessert Special: Baked vanilla bean cheesecake with fresh lemon curd.

Perfect with a glass of our Penfolds Grandfather tawny port of one of our delicious special coffees.

Narrative Cabernet Franc, BC $50
The wine was fermented and aged in our Nico Velo concrete tanks for 8 months. Powerful flavours of red fruit coupled with an elegant mid-palate weight and a supple finish. ORGANIC
