Specials for Week Commencing Nov 27th

Soup: creamy potato & roasted parsnip, finished with smoked bacon.

Salad Special:  organic greens, arugula, cranberries, orange segments, cashew nuts, & feta cheese, with an orange & pomegranate vinaigrette.

Flatbread Special: smoked rosemary salted flatbread, with Italian sausage marina sauce, finished with fresh parmesan.

Pizza Special: pesto base, mozzarella, smoked turkey, bacon, grape tomatoes, & feta cheese.

Pasta Special: smoked duck breast on a bed of creamy portabello mushroom fettuccine, with bacon crumble, in a white wine herb cream sauce.

Entree Special: West Coast spiced ahi tuna, topped with pineapple salsa, served on a bed of coconut cream risotto, served with grilled asparagus.

Dessert Specials:

Dark chocolate espresso truffle cake, with cherry compote, & whipped cream.

Our Creme brulee tonight is a classic vanilla creme brulee with chocolate hazelnut wafer

Rotating Wine Special: Stag’s Hollow Pinot Noir.
